About This Course
You’ve been introduced to some of the basic components of SQL. In this course, you will explore how these components can be combined to construct complex but incredibly useful queries to extract exactly what you need from your database.
You will be introduced to some of SQL’s basic commands like SELECT DISTINCT, before experimenting with more complex conditional operators like IF, AND and LIKE. You will touch on some advanced techniques like nesting queries within other queries.
By the end of this course, you will have the tools necessary to arrange the data in your database. You will have written your own SQL queries of varying degrees of complexity and will feel confident applying these techniques to your own databases.
